SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are carefully processed within 2-7 business days. Each piece of jewelry is inspected for quality before shipment. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders can be picked up during our store hours:

  • Monday - Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
  • Thursday - Friday: 10am - 9pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 5pm
  • Sunday: 10am - 5pm

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring a valid photo ID.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Local delivery is available within 30km of our Brossard location. During checkout, enter your address and select the local delivery option. If this option doesn't appear, your address is outside our delivery zone.

Orders placed before 2pm during store hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after hours will be delivered the next business day. You'll receive an email with real-time tracking when your order is out for delivery.

CANADIAN SHIPPING

We ship across Canada via Canada Post with full insurance and signature confirmation for all jewelry orders. Standard delivery time is 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value. Free shipping is available on orders over $500 CAD.

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping charges and delivery times (typically 8-15 business days) will be calculated at checkout.

Important: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once it reaches your destination country. Bijouterie Del Moral is not responsible for these charges - they are the customer's responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated costs before placing your order.

All international shipments include full insurance and require signature confirmation.

INSURANCE & SECURITY

All jewelry shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery. We use discreet packaging with no external indication of jewelry contents for your security.

TRACKING

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. You can track your package through Canada Post or the designated carrier.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
