RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Bijouterie Del Moral, we want you to love your jewelry. We offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase to ensure your complete satisfaction.
EXCHANGE POLICY
30-Day Exchange Window Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date for items of equal or greater value.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for exchange, jewelry must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and in original condition
- All original tags, certificates, and documentation included
- Original packaging intact
- No sizing, engraving, or customization performed
- Not damaged or altered in any way
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact us at bijouteriedelmoral@gmail.com or call (450) 812-6594
- Include your order number and reason for exchange
- Provide photos of the item if requested
- Wait for our team to provide exchange authorization and return instructions
- Ship the item back using insured, trackable shipping
Return Shipping Requirements
For your protection and ours:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Returns must be sent via insured, trackable shipping method (Canada Post Registered Mail or equivalent)
- We recommend insurance coverage for the full value of the item
- Bijouterie Del Moral is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Keep your tracking number and proof of insurance until the exchange is complete
Exchange Shipping
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship your exchange item at no cost to you via insured delivery.
Processing Time
Exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item in acceptable condition.
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Customized, personalized, or engraved jewelry
- Sized or altered items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Final sale or clearance items (marked as such at time of purchase)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items without original packaging, tags, or certificates
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at bijouteriedelmoral@gmail.com or (450) 812-6594. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Limitations
- Each item may only be exchanged once
- Exchanges are subject to current inventory availability
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you will be charged the difference
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our criteria
Store Credit
In cases where an exchange is not possible due to inventory availability, we may offer store credit for the full purchase price, valid for 12 months.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds except in cases of defective merchandise or errors on our part.
